The data controller for personal data collected through https://bluetie.es is BlueTie (Web design and development studio (remote, based in Madrid, Spain)), operating from Madrid, Spain.
We do not currently operate a public storefront or registered office open to visitors. Contact us at contact@bluetie.es for any privacy-related request.

- Communications if you email us or contact us via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Messages you send outside this website are governed by those services’ policies.

- To respond to contact and quote requests and manage a potential business relationship (legal basis: your consent when you tick the form checkbox, and/or steps prior to entering a contract at your request).

Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf only as needed to run the website and handle form submissions:
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form processing (processor). Form submissions are stored in Netlify’s systems to deliver them to us.
- Google LLC — when you load the site, typography may be requested from Google Fonts; this can involve processing of your IP address and technical browser data by Google.
- Meta Platforms — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by those providers.
How long we keep data
